All returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee of total amount + all freight charges incurred unless error on our part. If error was on our part, such as fitment issues, you shall be refunded in full.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please call (954) 327-7128 for a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise must be new. Every return is subject to inspection. If it is deemed that damage to the product is a result of road hazards, such as a car accident, or curb scraping, Elite Rim is not obligated to grant a refund. If the return is deemed to be a fault on the part of the manufacturer or our own, we will refund you in full. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and will do everything to resolve any issues. Yet, we cannot grant refunds and accept returns for merchandise damaged due to events outside of our control. Credit will be granted less shipping charges. Elite Rim will refund shipping charges only if there was error on our side.
